Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team (to ensure seals are intact and products are untampered), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Credit Method: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).
- Bank Delays: Please note that depends on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Before Dispatch: Full refund will be issued.
- After Dispatch: The order cannot be cancelled. Please follow the Return Policy once the item arrives.
