No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and processed.
Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@daecodryfoods.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the package and product
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
Order Cancellation
